[FAW, Toyota and GAC reached a tripartite strategic alliance framework agreement] On October 8, FAW, Toyota and GAC signed a strategic alliance framework agreement today. After consultation among the three parties, GAC will acquire 50% of FAW Toyota's equity held by FAW through the issuance of shares. After the transaction is completed, FAW Toyota will continue to operate as an independent entity, and FAW will become an important strategic shareholder of GAC. In the next stage, FAW Toyota and GAC Toyota will form an alliance and collaborate on functions such as R&D, procurement, production and sales. (Reporter Liu Yang)
