[Huada Jiutian: Plans to acquire 6.90% of the shares of Xinxingji for 149 million yuan] On October 8, Huada Jiutian (301269.SZ) announced that the company invested 149 million yuan to acquire 9.269142 shares of Xinxingji held by Shengshi Zhida. After completion, it will hold 6.90% of the shares of Xinxingji and become its participating company. This investment aims to complement the key core EDA tools for layout and routing and accelerate the construction of a full-process EDA tool system for digital circuit design.
