[CATL: As of September 30 Has spent 3.303 billion yuan to repurchase 0.2482% of A shares] On October 8, CATL (300750.SZ) announced that as of September 30, 2026, the company has accumulated A total of 10.9452 million A-shares were repurchased, accounting for 0.2482% of the current total A-share capital. The highest transaction price was 331.61 yuan/share, the lowest transaction price was 286.53 yuan/share, and the total transaction amount was 3.303 billion yuan. This repurchase plan plans to use funds of no less than 20 billion yuan and no more than 40 billion yuan. The repurchased shares will be used to cancel and reduce registered capital.
