[Morgan Stanley senior bond investors turned bullish on U.S. bonds for the first time in a decade] October 9th, Vishal Khanduja of Morgan Stanley Investment Management is one of the outstanding bond investors. He turned bullish on U.S. bonds for the first time in a decade as yields rose to 20-year highs and began to constrain economic growth. Khanduja co-manages the $4.1 billion Eaton Vance Total Return Bond Fund with Brian Ellis. As of June, the fund had raised duration, a measure of interest rate risk, to 6.07 years.
