[Yangtze River Delta Railway has carried nearly 56 million passengers during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday] October 9th, according to China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd., the 16-day 2026 Mid-Autumn and National Day holiday transportation (September 23 to October 8) officially came to an end. The Yangtze River Delta Railway has carried nearly 56 million passengers in 16 days, of which 4.427 million passengers were transported in a single day on October 1, setting a new high in single-day passenger traffic during the National Day holiday in previous years.
