[Goldman Sachs: Japanese investors who have not hedged their overseas assets show no signs of repatriating funds to the country] On October 9, Goldman Sachs stated that Japanese investors who usually do not hedge their overseas assets have “no obvious signs” of shifting their funds to domestic assets. “We have long believed that any change in financial flows is likely to be a slow process, and so far that appears to be the case for most unhedged investors,” strategists including Karen Reichgott Fishman wrote in a note.
