[The three departments publicly solicit opinions on the "Notice on Strictly Prohibiting the Production and Sale of Illegal Electronic Cigarettes (Draft for Comment)"] October 9th, in order to implement the "Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Combating Illegal Tobacco-related Activities across the Chain" (issued by the State Council [2025] 44 No.), strictly investigate illegal activities involving e-cigarettes, protect the physical and mental health of the public, especially minors, and effectively safeguard the rights and interests of consumers.
