[Jinguan Electric: A wholly-owned subsidiary signed an EPC framework contract for an optical storage and charging project not exceeding US$296 million] On October 9, Jinguan Electric (688517.SH) announced that the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary Jinguan Optical Storage and Charging signed an EPC general contracting framework agreement with SPIRO. The total contract amount does not exceed US$296 million (tax included). The target is 50 grid-connected or off-grid integrated optical storage and charging power station projects in the African region. This amount is a calculated amount based on the standard power station benchmark price and planned quantity, and is not the final total price. The actual implementation is subject to the subsequent special EPC execution agreement signed by both parties. It is expected that only some batches of sites will be completed and delivered this year, and contract revenue will be recognized in installments, which will have a relatively limited impact on the company's operating performance in 2026.
