[National Development and Reform Commission: Ensure that the development of new productive forces does not go astray, rush, or bubble] On October 9, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on the Development of New Productive Forces." Relevant responsible comrades from the National Development and Reform Commission were interviewed on the "Opinions" and answered reporters' questions. Relevant responsible comrades said that the four principles put forward in the "Opinions" are the Party Central Committee's profound grasp of the objective laws of the development of new productive forces. They are a correction for problems that arise in practical exploration such as blind layout and investment that are divorced from reality, rushing to develop emerging industries and future industries, neglecting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and focusing on development over reform. In practice, we must always adhere to these four principles to ensure that the development of new productive forces does not go astray, rush forward, or become a bubble.
