[Wazhuo B: Received Decision to Terminate Stock Listing] On October 9th, Wazuo B (200706.SZ) announced that the company received the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s “Decision on the Termination of Stock Listing of Wafangdian Bearing Co., Ltd.”. Since the company’s equity distribution no longer meets the listing conditions, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange decided to terminate the company’s stock listing. The company's stocks will not enter the delisting consolidation period and will be delisted within five trading days from the date of announcement of the decision to terminate listing.
