October 10th: According to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), in the week ending October 6, the net long position of COMEX gold speculators decreased by 9,599 contracts to 114,820; the net long position of COMEX silver speculators decreased by 129 contracts to 7,608; and the net long position of COMEX copper speculators decreased by 17,244 contracts to 61,465.
