[Russian Deputy Prime Minister: Russia will lift diesel export ban ahead of schedule] On October 10, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Novak stated that Russia will immediately begin to lift diesel export restrictions earlier than originally planned. According to him, Russia is willing to supply additional diesel to the United States and all partners in October, which will be 300,000 tons in October, 500,000 tons in November, and 1 million tons in December. Novak also noted that the Russian market will also be fully supplied with diesel. The Russian government has previously decided to extend the export ban on related products for diesel, marine fuel and gas oil manufacturers until October 31.
