[State Administration for Market Regulation: China strengthens overseas antitrust compliance guidance for enterprises] On October 10, reporters learned from the State Administration for Market Regulation that China continues to strengthen overseas antitrust compliance guidance for enterprises. Since 2025, the State Administration for Market Regulation has held 13 overseas antitrust compliance lectures, training more than 1,200 companies. On September 10 this year, the overseas antitrust compliance service platform was launched, gathering antitrust laws and regulations, typical cases and law enforcement dynamics from 135 countries and regions. At present, China has signed cooperation documents in the field of competition with 39 countries and regions around the world to create a fairer and more just regulatory environment for companies going overseas.
