It is proposed that by 2030, the GDP of the Chongqing metropolitan area will reach more than 3.6 trillion yuan, and the urban population will reach more than 20 million. The “metropolitan area on rails” has been basically completed. The coverage rate of the population within the metropolitan area with one-hour commuting conditions has reached 75%, and the average commuting time and cost have been significantly reduced. The efficiency of industrial collaboration has been significantly improved, the collaborative innovation capabilities of science and technology and industry have continued to increase, and the matching rate of "Made in Chongqing" automobile metropolitan areas has increased to more than 70%. High-quality public services such as education, medical care, and employment are jointly constructed and shared, and the ratio of per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents has shrunk to about 2.1:1. The reform of moderate separation of economic zones and administrative regions has been advanced in depth, the Guang'an-Chongqing cross-provincial in-depth integrated development mechanism has been accelerated, and surrounding cities and central urban areas have basically achieved integration.
