[Hundreds of thousands of users in many states in the United States are without power due to hurricanes] On October 11, "Isaias" has now weakened into a post-tropical cyclone. About 670,000 users in Florida, Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi are still without power. The National Hurricane Center said hazardous conditions still exist, with parts of the southeastern United States facing risks of storm surge, flash flooding, damaging winds and tornadoes.
