[Cantonese Semiconductor: Will be listed on the GEM on October 13] On October 11th, Yuexin Semiconductor (301660.SZ) announced that the RMB ordinary shares issued by the company will be listed on the GEM of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on October 13, 2026. The issuance price is 12.01 yuan per share. The total share capital after the issuance is 2.878 billion shares (before the over-allotment option is exercised). The number of publicly issued shares is 513 million shares, all of which are new shares.
