[Kinsey Pharmaceuticals’ new long-acting prostate cancer drug approved for marketing] October 12th: Recently, Kinsey Pharmaceuticals’ new long-acting anti-cancer drug, Leuprorelin Mesylate Injection (6M), was approved for marketing by the State Food and Drug Administration for use in prostate cancer requiring androgen deprivation therapy (ADT). It is understood that this is the first 6-month long-acting subcutaneous injection preparation of leuprolide approved for marketing in China. It extends the dosing interval of GnRHa treatment for prostate cancer from the existing 1 month or 3 months to 6 months, filling the gap in related fields.
