["Opinions on Promoting the Healthy and Orderly Development of International Air Freight" issued] On October 12, the Civil Aviation Administration of China, together with the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Commerce, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the General Administration of Customs, formulated and issued the "Opinions on Promoting the Healthy and Orderly Development of International Air Freight", proposing to basically establish an international air cargo system that is safe, reliable, green, smart, open and integrated, and with strong guarantees by 2030. The "Opinions" clarify that by 2030, the global link capacity of air cargo hubs will be greatly improved, the international competitiveness of enterprises will be significantly enhanced, the route network will cover key global markets, the support capacity and transfer efficiency will reach the international advanced level, and an international air cargo system that is safe, reliable, green and smart, open and integrated, and with strong support will be basically established. It will strongly support the construction of the "Global 123 Express Cargo Logistics Circle" and form international air cargo support capabilities that match China's opening up pattern and global trade layout.
