On October 12, the Hong Kong Exchange and S&P Dow Jones Indices cooperated to launch the S&P 500 Hong Kong Exchange Technology 100 Index. Approximately 60% of the index is allocated to the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Technology 100 Index, and 40% is allocated to the S&P 500 Index, with weights adjusted quarterly.
