[CICC: Dongxing Securities and Cinda Securities will terminate listing on October 19] On October 12, CICC (601995.SH) announced that the company plans to absorb and merge Dongxing Securities and Cinda Securities through the issuance of A shares in exchange for shares. Dongxing Securities and Cinda Securities have been approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange to terminate their listings and will terminate their listings on October 19 and will not enter the delisting consolidation period. After the listing is terminated, the original shareholders' shares will be converted into CICC A shares based on the share exchange ratio.
