At the same time, subject to the completion of this share transfer, Guangzhou Xintu plans to issue a partial tender offer to acquire 5.01% of the shares. After the transaction is completed, the company's controlling shareholder will be changed to Guangzhou Xintu, and the actual controller will be changed to Chen Qunping. The company's shares will resume trading on October 13.
