[Beijing: Implementing the Negative List for Cross-border Trade in Services] On August 31, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce issued a notice on the issuance of the "Beijing's High-level Open Economic Development Plan during the 15th Five-Year Plan Period." It pointed out that the negative list for cross-border trade in services will be implemented. Actively expand the export of advantageous producer services such as computer information services and business services, and encourage service outsourcing enterprises to transform and upgrade to high-end fields such as R&D design and overall solutions. Expand exports of green energy-saving technologies and services. Promote the export of medical travel services and launch pilot projects for the integrated development of traditional Chinese medicine service consumption and trade. Implement the Catalog of Encouraged Import Services. Encourage the import of technologies and services in areas such as energy conservation and carbon reduction, environmental protection, and ecological management. Build a high-level national service trade innovation and development demonstration zone. Deepen the construction of national characteristic service export bases. Comprehensively promote the construction of the Beijing International Commercial Arbitration Center and the Beijing International Legal and Business Integration Demonstration Zone. Expand the overseas education market. Make good use of the list of target enterprises in related fields of service trade to cultivate and expand service trade enterprises.
