[Haite Biotech: Signed License Agreement for HT006.2.2 Eye Drops Project] On October 13, Haiter Biotechnology (300683.SZ) announced that the company had signed an exclusive cooperation and licensing agreement with the American company Visara for the HT006.2.2 eye drops project. Visara will obtain the exclusive rights to develop and commercialize the product outside Greater China. According to the agreement, Visara will pay the company an upfront payment of US$7 million and recent milestone payments. The company can also receive milestone payments of up to US$104 million and receive a certain percentage of royalties based on annual net sales.
