[Zhiyuan launches new financing, valuation of 50 billion yuan, IPO suspended] On October 13, according to investors, the embodied intelligence unicorn company Zhiyuan Innovation recently launched a new round of financing, with a financing amount of about 1 billion to 1.5 billion yuan. This round of financing is nearing completion, and the latest valuation is about 50 billion yuan. In July 2026, Zhiyuan announced the launch of preparations for listing on the Hong Kong stock market. At that time, some investors said that Zhiyuan was expected to be listed as soon as August, with a target valuation of HK$40 billion to HK$50 billion. According to the relevant requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, if a company applying for listing completes new financing after submitting a form but before listing, unless it obtains a special exemption, the company applying for listing must wait 120 days after the financing is completed before it can be listed for trading. The aforementioned investors said that the new round of financing means that Zhiyuan will not be able to complete its IPO (initial public offering) within this year. Regarding new financing, valuation and IPO progress, the relevant person in charge of Zhiyuan said that there is no response yet. (Financial magazine)
