[Oracle and El Paso Electric Sign Energy Agreement] On October 13th, Oracle and El Paso Electric (EPE) signed an energy services agreement. Under the agreement, Oracle will pay $10 million per year for 10 years and its Project Jupiter data center is expected to generate $560 million in direct economic output annually in Doña Ana County. As part of the agreement, Oracle will also return up to $55 million annually to EPE customers over three years.
