[Easy funding boosts bond market strength, 30-year Treasury bond futures hit record high intraday] On October 14th, 30-year Treasury bond futures set a new historical record intraday. Wind data shows that on October 13, the main 30-year Treasury bond futures contract once rose to 118.02 yuan, a record high, and then the increase fell back to close at 117.79 yuan; the main 10-year, 5-year and 2-year contracts closed up 0.06%, 0.04% and 0.01% respectively. The fall in capital prices after the holiday, the easing of bank liability pressure, and market expectations for further easing of monetary policy have jointly supported the strengthening of the bond market. Some institutions believe that improved liquidity is expected to open up room for downward bond yields, but in the short term, attention still needs to be paid to the effects of policies to stabilize growth and the impact of bond investment management requirements of small and medium-sized banks in some regions on allocation behavior.
