[CSPC Pharmaceuticals Innovation: Its controlled subsidiary SYH2092 injection starts Phase I clinical trial] On August 31, CSPC Pharmaceutical Innovation (300765.SZ) announced that the company’s controlled subsidiary Jushi Biologics has recently launched the Phase I clinical trial of SYH2092 injection. SYH2092 is an amylin receptor agonist. By optimizing the agonistic activity and fatty acid modification, it is expected to have controllable tolerability while improving efficacy and bringing about lasting weight loss benefits. The product received a clinical trial approval notice from the State Food and Drug Administration in August 2026. This phase I clinical trial aims to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of a single dose in healthy participants, and is expected to bring clinical benefits to weight management in obese patients and blood sugar control in adult patients with type 2 diabetes. The trial has been launched in China, and participant recruitment and screening are being actively promoted.
