[Pakistan makes final anti-dumping sunset review ruling on cold-rolled steel plates from China] October 14th, Pakistan’s National Tariff Commission issued the latest announcement on Case No. ADC35 on October 10, 2026, regarding cold-rolled steel plates originating in or imported from China (Cold Rolled Steel Plate) Coils/Sheets) made an affirmative final ruling on the second sunset review of anti-dumping and decided to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved, as follows: the manufacturer/exporter Handan Iron & Steel Group Han-Bao Co. Ltd. has a tax rate of 13.17%, Beijing Shougang Cold Rolling Company Ltd. has a tax rate of 16.27%, Shougang Casey Steel Co., Ltd. Steel Company Ltd.), Shougang Jingtang United Iron & Steel Co. Ltd., Maanshan Iron & Steel Company Ltd. and other Chinese manufacturers/exporters are all 19.04%. The measures will take effect on January 13, 2026 and will be valid for five years. The products involved are primary and secondary unclad, plated or coated iron or non-alloy steel cold-rolled coils and flat-rolled steel plates with a thickness of 0.15 to 3.00 mm and a width not exceeding 1250 mm, excluding some types of cold-rolled coils for automobile casings (see the original announcement for details).
