[Siemens strategically invests in Skeleton Technologies and exclusively sells its data center supercapacitor products] On October 14th, Siemens announced a strategic investment in Skeleton Technologies and established an exclusive partnership with it to integrate its supercapacitor technology into Siemens’ electrical infrastructure product portfolio. According to the cooperation arrangement, Siemens will exclusively sell and expand the large-scale application of Skeleton-related products in the global data center market. The products cover power infrastructure from grid access to AI racks. Skeleton's supercapacitors can cope with rapid load fluctuations in AI data centers, buffer instantaneous power peaks, help protect equipment and power grids, and support increased computing density and reduce the need to upgrade existing facilities. Both parties stated that the relevant solutions can be used in existing AC power supply architecture and transformation projects, and provide an upgrade path for future 800V DC standards. The announcement did not disclose the amount of this strategic investment.
