It will further improve China's hydrogen energy industry standard system and provide strong support for the large-scale and standardized development of hydrogen energy. There are 15 newly released national standards in total, including hydrogen production link standards such as "Technical Requirements for Renewable Energy Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Production System", hydrogen storage and transportation standards such as "Hydrogen Storage and Transportation System Part 5: Technical Requirements for Hydrogen Transportation System", hydrogenation station standards such as "Hydrogen Refueling Station Part 5: Hydrogenation Hose and Hose Assemblies", and application and safety testing standards such as "Hydrogen System Leak Detection Method" and "Fixed Hydrogen Detection Device". Judging from the content, this batch of standards presents three major features: First, it fills in key shortcomings and provides unified specifications for technical problems that have long restricted the large-scale storage and transportation of hydrogen energy, such as hydrogen pipeline welding, hydrogen-doped transportation, and hydrogen pipeline integrity management. The second is to weave a dense standard network of hydrogenation stations, from compressors, hoses, seals to hydrogen fuel quality control, vehicle filling connections, and clarify the technical requirements for hydrogenation infrastructure one by one.
