[Shaanxi State Investment A: Plans to transfer 1.0371% of Kaiyuan Securities' equity for 211 million yuan] On August 31, Shaanxi State Investment A (000563.SZ) announced that the company planned to use its own funds to transfer 1.037% of Kaiyuan Securities held by Qujiang Financial Holdings. 1% equity, corresponding to 47.8469 million shares. This transaction was obtained through delisting from the Western Equity Exchange. The total transaction amount was 211 million yuan, of which the equity transfer consideration was 210 million yuan and the exchange fee was 1.0487 million yuan.
