[Institutional Forecast: Yangtze Memory ranks third in global NAND shipments in the second quarter of 2026] October 15th, according to Counterpoint Research storage market tracking and forecasts, in the second quarter of 2026, Yangtze Memory will rank third in the world in terms of NAND (flash memory) shipments, second only to Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, and surpassing Kioxia and Micron. If the shipments of SK Hynix's Solidigm are stripped out, Yangtze Memory's ranking will be further improved to second place. Within four quarters (from the first quarter of 2025 to the first quarter of 2026), Yangtze Memory's global NAND revenue share increased by more than 50% (from 9% to 14%), and its revenue increased by as much as 478% year-on-year.
