[Denmark says it has not given the United States preferential treatment in acquiring resources] On October 15, in response to US President Trump’s remarks on October 14 that the United States was about to conduct large-scale resource exploration in the Danish autonomous territory of Greenland, the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated on the 14th that the agreement signed by the United States, Denmark and its autonomous territory of Greenland in September did not give the United States any preferential treatment in accessing Greenland’s natural resources.
