Qasim emphasized that Hezbollah does not want war, noting that Hezbollah accepts and is committed to implementing the Lebanese-Israeli ceasefire agreement that will take effect on November 27, 2024. He also stated that Hezbollah accepts the implementation of relevant agreements within the framework of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701 and refuses to accept other arrangements beyond this framework.
