On August 29th, data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) showed that U.S. oil production averaged 13.83 million barrels/day in August, 13.82 million barrels/day in July, and average production in September is expected to be 13.77 million barrels/day. U.S. natural gas production is expected to average 122.6 billion cubic feet per day in August, 122 billion cubic feet per day in July, and 123.2 billion cubic feet per day in September.
