Under the guise of "internal recommendation" and "direct signing guarantee", they even forge recruitment materials to induce job seekers to pay high fees, seriously infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of job seekers and disrupting the order of the human resources market. To this end, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Public Security, and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council have issued risk warnings to remind job seekers, especially college graduates, to increase their awareness of risk prevention and beware of being deceived.
