[Relevant provisions of the Beijing Stock Exchange's implementation of the "Beijing Stock Exchange Trading Rules"] On October 16th, the Beijing Stock Exchange announced that the regulations on risk warning stocks and delisting stock trading matters in Articles 4.5.1 to 4.5.4 of the "Beijing Stock Exchange Trading Rules" issued by the Exchange on April 24, 2026, have been implemented on August 31, 2026. According to the market business and technical preparations, the provisions of the second and third paragraphs of Article 3.6.5 on the price range for block trading declarations of stocks without price increase or decrease restrictions will be officially implemented from October 26, 2026.
