[YouAi Robotics Hong Kong IPO was filed with the China Securities Regulatory Commission] On October 16, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a filing notice regarding the overseas issuance and listing of Hefei Youai Robots Co., Ltd. and the "full circulation" of domestic unlisted shares. The company plans to issue no more than 49,477,800 overseas listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company's 37 shareholders plan to convert a total of 243,804,260 domestic unlisted shares held into overseas listed shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
