Nowak said the U.S. Department of Energy has identified companies that will serve as counterparties and buyers. Negotiations are currently underway on commercial terms and, in effect, on signing a contract. Once the contract is signed, the fuel will be delivered to the U.S. market within 15-20 days. For closer countries, the time will be shorter.
