[Israeli Prime Minister Announces New “National Security Concept”, Says Turning to Offensive and Early Warning Strikes] On October 19th, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu released the so-called latest “National Security Concept” for Israel. Netanyahu declared in the statement that through previous sustained multi-front battles from the Gaza Strip to Yemen, and from Lebanon to Iran, Israel had withstood the imminent "danger of nuclear annihilation" and successfully cleared the "strangling circle" targeting Israel with Iran as its core.
