[The National Development and Reform Commission publicly solicits opinions from the public on the "Basic Rules for the Electricity Spot Market (Draft for Public Comments)"] October 19th, in order to accelerate the construction of a unified national electricity market, strengthen the unification of the basic systems and rules of the electricity market, and standardize the operation and management of the electricity spot market. According to the regulation, the National Development and Reform Commission organized the revision of the "Basic Rules of the Electricity Spot Market (Trial)" (Fagai Energy Regulations [2023] No. 1217), forming the "Basic Rules of the Electricity Spot Market (Draft for Public Comments)", which is now open to the public for comments. The public consultation period is from October 19, 2026 to November 18, 2026.
