[Fangda Group: Contracted for the curtain wall project of Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium] On October 19th, Fangda Group announced at noon that IKK Fangda JV Company, a joint venture formed by its wholly-owned subsidiary Shihui International Holdings Co., Ltd. (holding 51% of the shares) and Isam Kabbani & Partners for Building & Construction Materials CO.LTD. (holding 49% of the shares), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Saudi IKK Group, and the general contractor UPTOWN STADIUM CONSTRUCTION JV signed the contract for the main venue in the first section of the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium project in Qidiya City, Saudi Arabia, and the museum and auxiliary building curtain wall project in the third section. The total contract value is 1.147 billion Saudi riyals (997 million Saudi riyals excluding tax), equivalent to RMB 2.05 billion, accounting for 60.7% of the company's audited operating income in 2025, and the contract period is 863 days.
