In order to promote and ensure that the implementation of advance compensation activities stipulated in Article 93 of the Securities Law is more standardized, transparent, and predictable, and to better utilize the function of the advance compensation system to quickly resolve securities group disputes, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has drafted the "Guiding Opinions on Advance Compensation in the Securities Market (Draft for Comments)" and is now publicly soliciting opinions from the public.
