[Zhejiang: Implementing three major projects: building a nuclear and radiation safety risk monitoring and early warning network, building scientific research and technological innovation capabilities, and building monitoring and defense mobilization capabilities] On October 20, the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government issued the “15th Five-Year Plan” for the construction of a beautiful Zhejiang (ecological and environmental protection), which proposed that nuclear and radiation safety should be given the highest priority, the nuclear and radiation safety supervision system and work coordination mechanism should be improved, and a radiation monitoring system with provincial leadership, municipal backbones, and county supplements should be established. Implement three major projects: building a nuclear and radiation safety risk monitoring and early warning network, building scientific research and technological innovation capabilities, and building monitoring and national defense mobilization capabilities. Strengthen the construction and operation management of automatic nuclear and radiation environment monitoring sites. Implement the "Zhejiang and Anhui" campaign to strengthen the foundation. Strengthen radiation safety supervision in key areas, industries, and enterprises, iterate the digital application system for nuclear and radiation safety management, and improve real-time supervision of radioactive sources and accident emergency decision-making and command capabilities.
