At the opening ceremony, the Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission and the Transport and Logistics Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government jointly signed the "Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation on Further Promoting the High-Quality Coordinated Development of Shanghai-Hong Kong Shipping."
