The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will build and make good use of a nationwide service network for small and medium-sized enterprises, build a high-quality, efficient, direct and quick service system, deepen the coordinated and integrated development of large and small-sized enterprises, explore the construction of specialized and special new empowerment centers in different industries, accelerate the establishment of the second phase of the National Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Development Fund, and drive more patient capital to invest in enterprises in the seed and start-up stages, so that more potential enterprises can receive support and grow with peace of mind.
