[An oil tanker was attacked in the Strait of Hormuz] September 1st, the British Maritime Trade Action Office issued a report on August 31 that an oil tanker was attacked by three unidentified projectiles 17 nautical miles (approximately 31 kilometers) east of Haysab, Oman while leaving the Strait of Hormuz. The report said that there are currently no reports of casualties or environmental impacts. The notice advises ships to proceed with caution in the relevant waters.
