[Zelking Pharmaceuticals: Received US$10 million milestone payment from AbbVie] On October 20, Zejing Pharmaceuticals (688266.SH) announced that the company had reached a global strategic cooperation and licensing option agreement with AbbVie on December 30, 2025 for ZG006. According to the agreement, AbbVie has obtained the exclusive development and commercialization rights of ZG006 outside Greater China, and the company retains the rights in Greater China. The company has received an upfront payment of US$100 million from AbbVie and recently received a near-term milestone payment of US$10 million based on the progress of clinical trials.
