[Shuiyi Group launches IPO counseling on the Beijing Stock Exchange] On October 21, the China Securities Regulatory Commission website disclosed that Shuiyi Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. went through counseling registration at the Ningbo Securities Regulatory Bureau on October 20, 2026. It plans to publicly issue shares to unspecified qualified investors and list on the Beijing Stock Exchange. The counseling broker is First Venture Securities Underwriting and Sponsor Co., Ltd.
