In the second stage, by 2035, it will enter the forefront of world-class aviation hubs, build Nantong New Airport, form an international aviation hub system with integrated operation of "two places and three airports" and an efficient and interconnected comprehensive transportation system, achieve an annual passenger and cargo throughput of 200 million passengers and 5.4 million tons, and the main hub operator will basically become a "super carrier".
